Refund and Returns Policy

At TCB Gadget Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

We offer a return or replacement facility within 3 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Product packaging, accessories, and invoice must be included
  • The product must not be physically damaged by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Software or digital products
  • Personal use accessories

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • a damaged product
  • wrong item
  • defective product

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Product photos/video
  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

We only replace products if they are:

  • defective
  • damaged
  • incorrect item delivered

Exchange requests must be made within the allowed return period.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the issue was caused by our mistake.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty

Selected products come with official or seller warranty coverage. Warranty duration is mentioned on the product page.

Physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications are not covered under warranty.
